Elektron Tonverk - Multisample Pack: Echos of Hawkins
↓ BLACK FRIDAY WEEK SALE (November 21- December 01) - below content ↓
Echos of Hawkins is one of the very first sound packs created for Elektron Tonverk.
This pack focuses on a touch of essentials, but mainly John Carpenter–style dark cinematic synths — lush pads, atmospheric soundscapes, deep basses, characterful synths, expressive keys, and a few leads.
It features 64 multisampled instruments and presets, each with up to 15 samples per instrument (44.1 kHz / 16-bit), carefully captured mainly from hardware synths (analog and digital beauties) using Logic’s Autosampler — long before Tonverk was even released.
While 48 kHz / 24-bit is the recommended format for Tonverk, these samples deliver exceptional quality, and in practice you won’t notice any difference. Most multisamples include seamless loop points; for some instruments where looping caused clicks, envelopes were shaped so the sound naturally fades before the loop.

Since the full tag filter hasn’t been implemented yet, I decided to add a prefix to each preset name — for example: 01 SE-BRIDGE. The first two letters indicate the category, making it easier to browse through the presets.
Categories:
PD = PaD
BS = BasS
SY = Synths/Polysynths
LD = LeaDs
KS = KeyS
SE = SoundscapE/Textures
Additionally, I added the prefix "EOH_" to every preset, so regardless of what you already have saved in your user presets, these presets will stick together.
Presets are named like EOH_01 SE-BRIDGE. Since Tonverk displays all user and stock presets in a single list without subfolders, this is the only way to keep them together and indicate the category.
